Refund policy

At Petey Art, every print is produced with care using premium materials. As many of our products are printed to order, we ask that you review your purchase carefully before completing your order.

Returns

Because each artwork is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Colour preferences
Accidental orders
Buyer's remorse

Please ensure you review all product details, dimensions, and materials before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of:
- the artwork
- the packaging
- the shipping label
- the damaged area

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

A replacement cannot reasonably be provided;
The item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect;
Your order cannot be fulfilled.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Colour Accuracy

We strive to display artwork as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, or display settings. These differences are not considered defects.
